The Princess of Wales, Catherine, is advocating for society to prioritize physical and mental health and to foster greater compassion.After her cancer treatment, Catherine is returning to her work, particularly her early years education project which focuses on teaching emotional skills.In a foreword to her charity's report, she emphasizes that mistrust and misunderstanding can leave people feeling isolated, leading to poor mental health , addiction and abuse.

The Shaping Us early years project has released a new frame work that stresses the importance of teaching social skills and positive relationships from a young age. Catherine believes that to create a healthier society, we need to invest in human relationships and take a profound look at our own behaviors and emotions.

Catherine , who has recently gone into remission from cancer, has been actively promoting compassion and empathy, evident from her Christmas message calling for "love,not fear".She has shown support by hugging patients at the Royal Marsden hospital and Holocaust survivors at a memorial event.

The Shapping Us project's latest publication, supported by experts in early years health and education, highlights the critical impact of early childhood experiences on later life.Christian Guy, executive director of the Royal Foundation for Early Childhood, emphasizes the importanceof recognizingand nurturing social and emotional skills from early childhood.
